Prepare Your Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
